
Advance Tertiary College (ATC) proudly congratulates four distinguished members of our faculty for their appointment to the Disciplinary Committee Panel of the Advocates & Solicitors Disciplinary Board, Malaysia. These appointments, which are made pursuant to Section 96 of the Legal Profession Act 1976, will span a term of two years.
The appointed members are:
- Ms. Suloshiny Segaran
- Mr. Jackson Phang
- Ms. Vikna Prashanthini
- Mr. Martin Makial
This recognition highlights their expertise and commitment to upholding professional standards within the legal community. ATC is confident that they will carry out their responsibilities with the highest levels of dedication and integrity throughout their tenure.
